When will my order be ready? How will I know it is ready?

We aim to have all orders ready for pick up within 15-20 minutes from when your order has been placed.


How can i pay for my order?

All orders can be paid for on pick up at the store. We accept cash, EFTPOS, Visa & Mastercard in store. We do not process any payments online.


When can I place an order?

Orders can be placed at anytime and we can have them ready for collection during our store opening hours. Our store opening hours can be found on the <LINK - OUR STORES> page. If you like you can order ahead of time for later in the day or night, or  even days in advance. Please note that the latest we can receive an order for any given day for pick up on that same day is 10 minutes before closing time. Orders placed after this time may not be able to be filled.


Where can I pick my order up from? 

We offer online ordering for pick up at all of our Arriba Grill stores. To find your closest Arriba Grill store have a look at our <LINK - OUR STORES> page. When finalising an order you will be able to select the store you prefer in the checkout screen. The store address, contact details and a small map will all be displayed. The store address and contact details can also be found in your automatically generated order notification email.


I would like to speak to someone about the order I have just placed or about to place!

We would like to speak with you too! We recommend phoning the store at which the order will be placed. Our store contact phone numbers can be found on the <LINK - OUR STORES> page. 


Why do i need to enter my first name & surname?

We require that you enter your first name & surname so that we can easily differentiate between orders. There are sometimes occasions when we have two Dave's come in to the same store and place an order at much the same time. We'd hate to send out your order to the wrong Dave! Having your full name helps us to make sure that your order is given to the right person - you!


Why do I need to enter my email address & phone number?

Your email address & phone number are required so that we can definitely get in touch if any clarification with your order is needed. Sometimes mobiles are out of range, sometimes emails bounce, sometimes the phone is engaged. We want to be sure that we get things right so by having two ways of being able to contact you we can be close to certain that we will contact you in the unlikely event that we need to.


Hey I have sent an order through and/or made contact by the contact form but no one has gotten back to me!

Chances are that your order or message has come through outside of our staffed hours. Our email communications and orders inbox are looked after at each of our stores. We have Amigos in store approximately one hour before opening and one hour after close. We will certainly be in contact with you as soon as our Amigos are next in store.


Can I place an order for later in the day, sometime tomorrow or later in the week?

For sure! We can gladly accommodate this. When you place your order please add a note in the comments section to let us know when you would like your order to be ready. We will than make sure that it is made up and ready for you when you come in to the store at that time


I'd like to place an order for my office/family/party. Can this be done?

We certainly can fill orders of this kind. Please note that for large orders we do have minimum preparation times. Your help in ordering ahead of time will assist in ensuring quick turn around. 


10 burritos - 30 minutes

15 burritos - 45 minutes

20 burritos - 60 minutes

I have special dietary needs, can these be accommodated?

Of course. Please place any special dietary needs in the comments section when placing an order.

We welcome all feedback both positive and negative. It is always nice to hear about what we are doing well and to pass on glowing remarks to our Amigos. It is also very important for us to know where things have gone wrong and what we can do to improve. By telling us you allow a chance to fix things not only for you but for all of our Guests.
